BLDC Motor Controller
FOC vector-control, high-efficiency, communication-ready controller boards for brushless BLDC and PMSM motors — the NES Drive TULPAR series.
BLDC (brushless DC) and PMSM motors run quietly, maintenance-free and efficiently because there is no brush-commutator wear — but driving them requires electronic commutation. The NES Drive TULPAR series is built for exactly this: it reads rotor position via Hall or encoder and drives the phases precisely with FOC (field-oriented control), producing full, ripple-free torque even at low speed.
The TULPAR family offers a wide operating window up to 12–120 V and 300 A; 4Q regenerative braking, CANopen/Modbus communication and comprehensive protection layers are standard. It suits every brushless-motor application — forklifts, AGVs, battery vehicles, e-bikes/scooters and industrial machinery.

Is a BLDC and a PMSM controller the same?
The hardware is in the same family; TULPAR drives both BLDC and PMSM motors with FOC. Tell us your feedback type (Hall/encoder) and power and we will set it up correctly.
Why FOC instead of trapezoidal (six-step)?
FOC drives the phases continuously and precisely; it reduces torque ripple at low speed and improves efficiency and quietness. It is the standard for high-performance applications.
Can I drive my brushed DC motor with this?
No, brushed DC needs the BAMSI series. TULPAR is only for brushless BLDC/PMSM motors.
Is application-specific current/communication possible?
Yes. Because we design the board we can customize current limit, communication and firmware for your company.
Share your motor power, voltage and feedback type; we will recommend the best BLDC motor controller.
