TULPAR 200 is a simple, economical brushless motor controller for 48 V systems. It delivers 50 A rated and 55 A peak current across 12–48 V and is designed for forklift, stacker and AGV applications.

Key Ratings

  • Operating voltage: 12–48 V DC
  • Current: 50 A rated, 55 A peak (RMS)
  • Compatible motors: BLDC, PMSM and AC induction (ACIM)
  • Topology: four-quadrant (4Q) regenerative
  • Communication: Modbus; RS232 interface
  • Feedback: encoder and Hall
  • I/O: 3 digital inputs, 1 analog input, 1 digital output
  • Operating temperature: −10 °C / +40 °C

Highlights

TULPAR 200 drives brushless motors efficiently with FOC or six-step control and offers forward/reverse driving and regenerative braking through its 4Q topology. Its lean I/O count gives a cost advantage in applications with simple wiring.

Where It Is Used

  • Forklift and stacker traction motors
  • AGV drive systems
  • 48 V applications with steady loads and low start-up peaks

Points to Note

TULPAR 200’s peak current (55 A) is close to its rated value. If high current peaks are expected at start-up or on ramps, TULPAR 250 with 75 A peak is the safer choice. TULPAR 200 has no CANopen, STO or brake output; if you need these, consider TULPAR 150 or TULPAR 250.
